Zoho CRM was released in 2005 as one of the many apps and programs developed by Zoho, but it is easily the most successful product they they offer. It’s an affordable choice even at the most advanced level of functionality but there’s no need to be concerned about quality. What they offer is a user friendly solution to CRM without unnecessary frills that slow things down.
The system is Cloud based and the company is very forward thinking. They are continually developing more apps and products to enhance their service including an AI assistant called Zia and gamification of sales through Gamescope designed to encourage your sales team to approach their performance with a competitive edge.
- Sales Automation
- Customer Service
- Mobile Integration
Small to medium sized businesses should find Zoho more than adequate for their operations, especially at such affordable prices.

Introducing Zoho CRM into your business is a very intuitive and simple process. They’ve designed the system from start to finish to need as few clicks as possible so you can avoid unnecessary admin and get on with running your business. Their ‘Getting Started’ video takes you through the product step-by-step so there’s no need need for costly training.
In addition to the pre-built reports you can also create your own and export them in Excel, PDF or CSV. The level of detail available in terms of analysis is impressive. Your data can be transformed into a range of user friendly charts and graphs.
Social Media Integration
It’s really easy to strengthen your business and customer relationships via social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn through your Zoho system.
Email and live chat support are available at all times to everyone (including the free package users) and telephone and remote access support are also included for paid customers.
Something to think about…
Rather than integrate with partner software like other providers, Zoho have created their own marketplace and app library to extend the functionality of the system although they can incorporate GSuite and Microsoft 365. This means their selection is rather limited when compared with some other providers.
