The level of user support you get will vary depending on which level of package you choose. For example, while the Ultimate package offers 24/7 email and phone support, support for the Enterprise level is only available during restricted hours and the Professional package only includes online support.

Also, unlike some other providers, SugarCRM insist on a minimum of 10 users regardless of the package you take out and will ask you to enter a contract for at least one year.
