Integration with Microsoft Technology
If your business already uses Microsoft technology then it may make sense to opt for this CRM software that will seamlessly integrate with programs like Outlook and Office 365. For example, when a customer email arrives you can send documents such as quotes or invoices directly from Outlook.
As you can see from the various pricing and package options, customising the software to suit your business is easy to do. Choose the features you need the most or opt for a full package but with light user functionality.
There are four different levels of support package available:
- Subscription Support
- Enhanced Support for small business
- Professional Direct Support for medium business
- Premier Support for large business
Something to think about…
The technology is very complex which confident users will be able to take advantage of. However, there is some feedback from business users that the depth of functionality can be difficult to get to grips with and could be more user friendly. And, as it’s one of the pricier options on the market, the complexity may be an unnecessary challenge if a simpler programme is enough for your business’ needs.
